7-Day Return Window
🔄 We accept returns within 7 days from the date of delivery for eligible items.
We want you to love your StyleVault case. If something isn't right, we're here to help. Please read the conditions below before raising a return request.
Return Eligibility
A return is accepted if:
- The product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect
- An unboxing video is provided as proof — this is mandatory, no exceptions
- The item is unused and in its original condition
- The return request is raised within 48 hours of delivery
Returns are not accepted for:
- Change of mind or wrong phone model ordered by the customer
- Minor color variations due to screen display differences
- Items that have been used, scratched, or damaged after delivery
- Custom or personalized orders
Item Condition
- Returned items must be in their original, unused condition
- Original packaging should be intact wherever possible
- Items showing signs of use, wear, or damage caused after delivery will not be accepted
